Procurement
- Operational Services Division’s Environmentally Preferable Products (EPP) Purchasing Program. Contact the EPP Program for questions regarding the selection of environmentally preferable computers for your office.
- Statewide Contract ITC16A for the purchase of IT Hardware. On Comm-PASS, search for a Contract with Document Number ITC16A. Ask contractors for EPEAT-registered equipment.
End of Life Management
- Operational Services Division’s Surplus Property Program. Any property that exceeds the needs of a department shall be declared surplus property by that department. Contact the Surplus Property Program for disposal information.
- Statewide Contract FAC26 for the recycling of Cathode Ray Tubes, Computers and Electronics. If the Surplus Property Program did not find a new recipient for the equipment that is no longer needed, dispose of the equipment properly using the statewide contract. On Comm-PASS, search for a Contract with Document Number FAC26, use only vendors marked as “Category 2.
